Share Your Story
Tales of Hope
Our “Tales of Hope” provide a way for donor families, transplant recipients, living donors, patients waiting for transplant, volunteers, and 5K team captains and participants to share their stories with the donation and transplantation community. These stories honor those who gave, pay tribute to those who received, offer hope to those who continue to wait, and remember the lives lost while waiting... for the gift of life.
We invite you to share your personal connection to donation and transplantation, or your loved one’s story, with a photo or short video to tell us why this cause is so important to you. Stories submitted will be used throughout the year to help NJ Sharing Network raise awareness and give hope to the nearly 5,000 New Jersey residents who are waiting for a life-saving transplant.
Instructions: Send us your personal story (approximately 400 words) and a photograph to the address below. Video submissions are also accepted (max. 2 minutes). "Tales of Hope" stories will be considered for use on NJ Sharing Network’s website, social media pages, Circle of Life magazine, media opportunities, and other communication channels to publicize our life-saving work.
We will make every attempt to use your entire story; however, this may not always be possible.
By submitting your "Tale of Hope," you give NJ Sharing Network permission to use your story and/or photo(s) in NJ Sharing Network’s print, online and media applications.
